I like sweet and simple. SO let’s make this simple, easy on the sweets. This blog is going to be my self motivator. I will post daily pictures of the meals I’m intaking, healthy or not. Hopefully knowing that my food will be posted on the world wide web will be a helpful tool in my adventure for weight loss! I will also be doing weekly check-ins with my scale weight and measurements. On the other hand, I’ll be posting about my heros and idols, tips on living healthy in general and other little tid bits. I have two goals:
1. To lose weight.
2. To inspire.
